New facility

Very well visible from the highway Antwerp – Paris, is the site situated.
22.000 m² of site will carry a building of almost 6.000 m² which will be used for storage of used stationary compressors. But will also be equipped with a workshop, testing area, quarantine area, power washing booth, photo shoot area and loading / unloading docks.

The site is fully equipped and dedicated to the trading process of used construction equipment.
The office building will include a special customer area with visibility over the backyard and the warehouse inside. This will instantly give visibility over the full stock of used equipment.

	12,000 square meters filled with construction equipment. AUGUST 2012.
	The racks are filled. Over 600 machines have moved. August 2012
	The first uses the truck loading / unloading platform. JULY 2012.
	The logistics operation progresses. 60 trailers are moved in 1 week. 20 JULI 2012
	The first trucks are loaded and off to Waregem. 2 tractors and 4 trailers all day driving to and fro. 16-20 July 2012
